Social project implementation methods

This information will be useful in drawing up a plan or calendar schedule for the implementation of the project (program).

It should be clear to you what will be done, who will carry out the actions, how they will be carried out, when and in what sequence, what resources (performers, premises, equipment, etc.) will be involved.

There are two main questions that need to be clarified at this stage of the work:

What is your strategy for achieving the desired results?

Why did you choose it from all the other possible ones?

You must justify your choice of methods. It is important that you show that you are competent in all sections of the application. Your approach to solving the problem should look attractive to the reviewer. A realistic and reasonable project (program) will make the right impression.

!

In addition to the list of events, you can also illustrate this section with an org board, calendar and work plans .

The Importance of Distinguishing Tasks and Methods

If you find it difficult to immediately distinguish between tasks and methods: try to imagine what you will be doing in a year or two; what changes would you like to see; what are the differences between the present state of affairs and the future.

!

Such a change in the situation may be the task of your project (program), and the ways in which you will achieve these changes, you can attribute to methods.

At this stage of work on the project (program):

1) it should be clear what will be done, who will carry out the actions, how they will be carried out, when and in what sequence, what resources will be attracted;

2) indicate a reasonably limited set of activities that can be completed on time and within the total cost of the project;

3) activities within the framework of the program are clearly described;

4) the reasons for choosing just such events are clear;

5) the proposed sequence of activities is understandable and convincing;

6) the composition of developers is clear;

7) describes the composition and responsibilities of the executors of the program;

8) describes who the project serves, and the principles for selecting these people, groups, objects;

9) the naturalness of the logical chain is observed: “problem – goal – task – method”.
