CHAPTER 2. TASKS, METHODS AND ORGANIZATION OF RESEARCH 2.1. Tasks and methods of research 2.2.Organization of research Processing of sociological research in the form of questioning. Compile a report on the activities of the volunteer center of the FSBEI HE “Churapcha State Institute of Physical Culture and Sports” from 2013 to 2016. (Appendices 2). The study was conducted within 6 months from December to May 2016-2017 academic year on the basis of the Tattinsky, Ust-Aldansky and Churapchinsky districts of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). To identify the attitude of the population to organized volunteer activities, a sociological survey was conducted. 410 respondents took part in the survey, of which aged 14 to 35 years (85.4%), men – 51.8%, women – 48.2%, students – 70%, working in various fields – 25.5% , unemployed -4.5%. 05/08/2017- 05/12/2017

Preparatory stage: includes all organizational work of the trainee The relevance of the topic lies in the fact that, despite the fact that both public and personal values of each person throughout history are constantly changing, there is still a certain layer of social values. Voluntary, disinterested work just belongs to such values. At the present stage of development of Russian society, global social, economic, political and cultural changes are taking place, largely caused by the development of capitalist relations. The orientation of people towards economic values becomes pronounced. But, at the same time, the socio-cultural phenomenon of volunteering, volunteer work based on disinterested service to society, altruistic motives, is actively developing and promoted. Object of study. Volunteer activities. Subject of study. Volunteer centers as a means of working with youth. The purpose of the final qualifying work is to develop recommendations for the organization of volunteer centers. Hypothesis. An analysis of the literature on the research problem and a study of the experience of the volunteer center of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) made it possible to formulate a hypothesis that the creation of centers will ensure the most effective activity of volunteers in the Republic. The scientific novelty of the performed research lies in obtaining new information about volunteering in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). Recommendations have been developed for organizing a volunteer center in the Republic. The practical significance of the final qualified work lies in the fact that the provisions and conclusions contained in it can be used for the further development of volunteer centers, and can also be used in the activities of educational institutions of the Republic. The structure of the final qualification work consists of an introduction, three chapters, conclusions, a list of references and applications.
