1.1. The head of the testing laboratory belongs to the category of managers, is hired and dismissed from work by order of the director of the enterprise on the proposal of _________________________________.

2. Functions:

The head of the testing laboratory is entrusted with the following functions:

Job Responsibilities

To perform the functions assigned to him, the head of the laboratory must:

3.1 To ensure the conduct of scientific research aimed at the foundation of new equipment and technology, the improvement of existing technology, the production of products that meet the requirements of the best domestic and world standards, while using the achievements of science, technology and advanced production experience.

3.2 Manage experimental work to identify and prevent the causes of product defects, improve its quality, ensure compliance with applicable standards and specifications, as well as the use of new, more economical and efficient basic and auxiliary materials.

3.3 Lead the work on finding the most advanced methods of research, testing, experimentation and reducing labor costs in research work, as well as the introduction of computer-aided design systems for production.

3.4 To take part in the introduction of new technological processes and production modes and in the analysis of quality indicators characterizing manufactured and newly developed products.

3.5 Develop long-term and annual thematic plans for the work of the laboratory.

3.6 Ensure the preparation of technical reports on completed research work, as well as the development of recommendations for their use, provide methodological assistance in their implementation and prepare reports on their implementation.

3.7 Organize the study of advanced domestic and foreign experience in the field of improving the production technology of products similar to those manufactured at the enterprise.

3.8 Manage the laboratory staff.

4. Rights:

The head of the testing laboratory has the right to:

research laboratory activities.

4.2 Submit proposals for improvement of the work related to the responsibilities provided for in this instruction for consideration by the management.

4.3 Sign and endorse documents within their competence.

4.4 Interact with the heads of all structural

departments, receive information and documents necessary for the performance of their duties.

4.5 Submit to the director of the enterprise ideas about

appointment, transfer, dismissal of laboratory workers, proposals for their promotion or imposition of penalties on them.

4.6 Require the management of the enterprise to assist in the execution

their duties and rights.

5. Responsibility:

The head of the testing laboratory is responsible for:

5.1 For non-fulfillment (improper fulfillment) of their official duties provided for by this job description, to the extent determined by the current labor legislation of the Republic of Belarus.

5.2 For those committed in the course of carrying out their activities

Functions

2.1 Perform work on planning to improve the quality of manufacturing of developed and manufactured products.
