1. During the period of educational and industrial practice according to PM.01 “Operational and service activities”, the student must master the following general (OK) and professional competencies (PC):

1.2. Goals and objectives of educational practice

The objectives of the educational practice are:

– Obtaining primary professional knowledge and skills by students; consolidation, development and improvement of primary theoretical knowledge obtained by students in the process of studying in the 1st year;

– acquisition of professional skills and abilities in the specialty of secondary vocational education “Law Enforcement” in relation to certain legal specialties;

– analysis of the main directions, forms and methods of activity of internal affairs bodies, prosecutor’s office, court, advocacy and other organizations;

– psychological adaptation of students to working conditions in courts and other law enforcement agencies;

– formation of professional ethics of a lawyer.

Tasks of educational practice:

– verification and consolidation of the received theoretical knowledge; professional orientation of students, the formation of a complete picture of their profession;

– familiarization with legal acts, orders, instructions, instructions and instructions regulating the activities of bodies and institutions that accept students for practice, as well as accepted (issued) by them;

– familiarization with the structure of these bodies and institutions; familiarization with the organization of planning the activities of an organization or institution, forms of activity of state authorities and local self-government;

– participation in the implementation of certain powers of the structural units of the bases of practice;

– acquisition of knowledge about working with procedural and other documents; acquisition of professional communication skills during the reception of citizens and during the presence at various events for the implementation of the main activities of these bodies;

– collection of materials necessary for the preparation of a report on the practice and preparation of term papers.

Educational practice is aimed at acquiring professional knowledge and skills in the specialty “Law Enforcement”.

Educational practice is an integrating type of training of specialists, carried out in conditions that are directly related to professional activities, in which the student performs independent tasks defined by the practice program. The educational practice of students of the specialty “Law Enforcement” is formative and solves the problem of practical mastering by students of the main areas of activity of a law enforcement officer.

1.3. The place of educational practice in the structure of the RPSSZ

Students’ educational practice is an integral part of the educational process, is included in the section “UP.00 Educational practice” of the Federal State Educational Standard of secondary vocational education in the specialty 40.02.02 Law enforcement (qualification Lawyer) and is mandatory for each student.

To complete an internship, a student must:

• know:

– concept, principles and guarantees of legality;

– the concept of law and order, the system and structure of the state apparatus;

– the concept of the mechanism of action of law;

– the concept and stages of the mechanism of legal regulation;

– the essence and content of the basic concepts, categories and institutions of the General and Special parts of criminal law;

– have specific knowledge about the content of labor relations of employees and relations derived from them, about the methods of their regulation, about the rights and obligations of their parties;

– the concept, characteristics and tasks of law enforcement, the current system of law enforcement and judicial bodies in the Russian Federation, their structure and competence, the main directions (functions) of law enforcement agencies, the basics of the legal status of judges and other law enforcement officers;

– basic concepts and professional legal terminology,

– the main provisions of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation;

– requirements for regulatory legal acts in the field of professional activity;

• be able to:

– operate with legal concepts and categories;

– analyze legal norms;

– to find a hypothesis, disposition and sanction in a legal norm;

– interpret and apply laws and other normative legal acts; find and use the necessary legal documents in relation to a specific situation;

– determine the norms of which branch of substantive law are subject to application and in what order;

– ensure compliance with the law in the activities of state bodies, individuals and legal entities;

– search for information in various search engines;

– navigate in the electronic systems “Consultant Plus”, etc.; work with the legal websites of the creators of legal reference systems in

the Russian segment of the Internet;

• have:

– civic maturity and high social activity, professional ethics, legal and psychological culture;

– deep respect for the law and careful attitude to the social values of the rule of law, the honor and dignity of a citizen;

– skills to act in accordance with the law; integrity and independence in ensuring the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of the individual, his protection and social protection;

– the necessary will and perseverance in the implementation of the adopted legal decisions;

– a feeling of intolerance to any violation of the law in their own professional activities;

– ability to act in accordance with the law

The content of the practice is a logical continuation of the sections of the SSSP and the academic disciplines included in them: theory of state and law, computer science and information technology in professional activities, constitutional law, history, law enforcement and judicial authorities, administrative law, civil law and civil procedure, criminal law, labor law, environmental law, professional ethics, initial vocational training and introduction to the specialty, special equipment, fire training, criminology and crime prevention, and serves as the basis for the subsequent study of the sections of the LSSP and the disciplines included in them: civil law and civil procedure, administrative law, criminal law, criminal procedure, forensic science, family law, office work and secrecy, tactical and special training, and industrial practice (according to the profile of the specialty and pre-diploma).
