# Determination of the cost of winter maintenance of the road network

The cost of maintaining a motor road of the j-th technical category is determined by the formula:

C ed i – unit price of the corresponding type of work.

The unit price of the i-th type of work is determined by the formula:

where: From the main i work – the cost of performing the main work, is taken according to the applications [2].

The cost of duty is determined by the formula:

T D L – machine capacity of duty, m-hour / unit of measure. ;

C D L – the cost of the machine-hour of the mechanism, which is on duty, rubles / m-hour, is taken according to Table 3.1 [2].

The duty machine capacity is determined based on the following condition:

where: T fg – the time of the actual readiness of the mechanism for work, hour;

K dej – duty ratio.

The duty ratio is the relative time during which equipment potentially ready for operation is idle due to the lack of volumes, depending on weather and climatic conditions, which is determined from the condition:

The time of actual readiness of the mechanism for operation is defined as:

T winters u003d 156 – the duration of the winter technological cycle, days;

T cm u003d 12 hours – the duration of the shift;

K cm – shift coefficient. For work on patrol snow removal, distribution of anti-icing materials, K cm is taken equal to 2. For work on removing a snow bank, cleaning roadsides from snow, and leveling snow rolling, K cm is taken equal to 1.

The duration of “clean” work is calculated by the formula:

Conclusion

The course project on the topic: “Fundamentals of organizing work on the winter maintenance of the road network” was completed in accordance with the assignment issued by the Department of Automobile Roads.

In the course project, the scope of work on winter maintenance is determined, the required number of machines designed to perform work on winter maintenance of the road network is calculated, and the cost of work on winter maintenance of the road network is determined. Also built hourly schedules for the elimination of winter slipperiness and patrol snow removal.

Results of calculations:

To distribute the sand-salt mixture, a fleet of 6 MDK 5337 machines and 1 AMKODOR 332V-01 (TO-18) loader is required. For patrol snow removal, 6 machines are used, which form 3 links. For scattering of the reagent during the season, 10638.8 tons of sand-salt mixture are required. The total cost of maintaining the road network of the Vadsky district in winter is 5,651,911.9 rubles.
